Hello there! I'm Agnus, hailing from Hong Kong and now based in London.
I have over 3 years of proven experience focusing mainly on B2C products. As a solo Product Designer in the prior company, I was responsible for end-to-end UX and UI design. I successfully created an app from 0 to 1 to achieve a new business goal by switching the audience from the OOH platform to the mobile platform in response to changing user behaviours during COVID-19.
Beyond design, I am a cat person and obsessed with pour-over coffee!
I started my UX journey at this start-up agency, and we have come over many challenges in these two years. The impressive project I handled was service design. Not only design a smooth experience for client's customers but also review their business process, find out a way to communicate effectively and cut duplicate costs and processes.
My experience at Asiaray was exceptional. As the only product designer, I had the opportunity to manage the complete UX/UI design process for app development, honing my skills in Figma, which resulted in substantial personal and professional growth.
As the first UK company I worked with, the GWI teammate was amazing, most of us came from different countries which made us curious and share more. I was focused on optimising the current product. The new thing here was to re-skinned the design system and to learn how remote working productively.
After relocating to the UK, I collaborated with a team to create an online CV builder platform tailored to UK standards. Our goal was to streamline the CV creation process, allowing users to focus on their content and enhance their competitiveness.
In October 2023, we organised a CV workshop, showcasing the use of our product to improve CVs. We attracted more than 130 participants and achieved a user satisfaction rating exceeding 4/5.
After moving to London, I was surprised to find that I had developed a strong love for coffee. Previously, I was a tea person, but the coffee culture here is just insane! Now, I really enjoy brewing my own coffee every day and experimenting with different methods and settings.
Games that I truly recommended.
Adoption is not letting one own a free pet but letting a homeless pet have a second life from your kindness.
